Registration and Payment

 

1- Apply by sending an abstract. The abstract evaluation process takes around 2-4 days after receiving your application​

2- After having your acceptance please transfer the participation fee to our bank account/ credit card payments. ​

3- Then Liberty foundation will pay 110 USD plus on behalf of you

4- After your payment please send a copy of payment receipt to us​

5- Online (virtual) Participation fee is 35 USD.

6- In person participation in the conference: 200 USD

Liberty Foundation would pay +110 USD for non EU and USA citizens

Fee includes 

- Conference participation of all authors (up to 3 authors,  virtually)

- Certificates for all authors

- Publication in Conference Proceedings Book​

- One author's in person participation in congress

- Coffee break

* fee doesn't include accomodation, lunch or any other service

* Extra authors/or guests in person participation is paid. For each one of extra in person participant has to pay 100 USD

We don't provide accomodation. You can make your booking in any hotel as you wish
